Ready for another year of tricks and treats in Victoria? This city is a great place to spend Halloween, from corn mazes, kids activities, pumpkins, ghost walks, tours, and even haunted houses. So here are a few fun and spooky things to do during this spooktacular season!
The Pumpkin King at Haunted Manor Victoria

Haunted Manor is an immersive and interactive twist on the game of mini-golf. You'll putt your way through an 18-hole course set in a haunted manor with a ghoulish story to tell.
Ghostly Walks - Halloween Tour

On our annual Halloween tour, we make sure to tell many of our favourite gruesome tales but we also include new and previously untold stories. Though we always start our Halloween Ghostly Walks from Market Square, the route is different every year. Whether you are new to ghost stories or have been on our tours before, our special Halloween route has something for everyone. Some of the highlights from previous years include: the ghost of the star-crossed Chinese lover, the ghost in the Broad Street bordello, a famous doppelgänger, the mysterious ghost in Trounce Alley, hauntings in Helmcken Alley and classic tales from Bastion Square, the story of the ghost of Belle Adams who slit her boyfriend’s throat, a Jack-the Ripper-style murder and more.

All tickets include a train ride and the Cornmaze. Hop aboard and enjoy the train. You will go through our spooktacular displays decorated for Halloween. Entrance to our two hector corn maze and through the Ghost town and family-friendly haunted house. A family tradition for all ages. Note: we do not go to the pumpkin patch at night. If booking Carnevil tickets as well please allow 60 minutes between ticket times. We cannot accommodate walk-ins, all tickets must be purchased online.
Pumpkinfest

All tickets include a train ride. Hop aboard and enjoy the 1.8km of track around the perimeter of our crop-producing fields and along Blenkinsop Creek. You will go past our pumpkin patch and thru our spooktacular displays decorated for Halloween. After your train ride you will enter our two-hectare corn maze which winds you thru our sphinx, graveyard, pirates island, dinosaur town, a ghost town and our family-friendly haunted house. You are then invited to our pumpkin patch, you can either take a leisurely stroll or you’re welcome to ride on one of our haywagons upon availability to get there.

Actor Jason Stevens, known for his popular one-man production of Charles Dickens’ 1843 classic, A Christmas Carol, is set to bring back Mary Shelley’s horror story in the Castle’s dance hall, located on the fourth floor (there are 87 steps and no elevator in the Castle).

Zombie Apocalypse Victoria - Scavenger Hunt Survival Game

The game leads you through the city, where you will have 60 minutes to collect supplies to survive during this interactive scavenger game. With the whole world in chaos and zombies outnumbering the living 10 to 1, small colonies of the living are doing all they can to survive. Using your smartphone, your team will be tasked with scavenging the city for food, supplies, weapons, and shelter. The more things you find, the more points you get, the more likely you are to survive. Along the way, you will be asked to do a challenge or answer a trivia question in order to be rewarded with virtual weapons to ward off the zombies. The area is crawling with relentless zombies, and rival colonies are moving in. If you get too relaxed, rival colonies will take what you worked hard to find. The goal is to find all of the items in hopes that you will survive the zombie apocalypse.

Join us at the Victoria West Community Centre for an afternoon of arts & crafts and complimentary pumpkin carving! This family fun event runs from 1:30 - 4:00 and there will be tons of activities for kids including face painting a bouncy castle and more! This event is open to all but pumpkins are limited and will be given out on a first come first served basis and we ask that parents share pumpkins with their kids so that more kids get an opportunity to carve a pumpkin!

Bring your preschooler to the Centre for a morning of fun!
